You will accept our kit of measurement at simple request, this kit contains:
- A tape measure
- CD-RW allowing you to record your photographs
- An order form
- A guide for the measurement
- A chip of measurement
- The general conditions of sale
- An envelope with bubble wrap
- A pencil

Caution

If you were victim of severe ligaments instabilities, we invite you to turn to an orthopedist, alone professional authorized. He will recommend you and make the adaptation of your knee brace.

Explanation:

1. With a marker, encircle the patella following the edges of this one. Form must be triangular with the top downwards.

2. Draw the horizontal axle of the patella.

3. From this axle, draw circumference 10 cm above the patella.

4. From the axle of the axle of the patella, draw circumference 20 cm above the patella.

5. From the axle of the patella, draw circumference 10 cm under the patella.

6. From the axle of the patella, draw circumference 20 cm under the patella.

7. With the aid of the meter provided, measure circumference on these 5 lines and note these measurements on the caught measurement sheet joined.

8. Stick the yellow plastic square provided at the level of the thigh for every photograph.

9. Make two numerical photos (face and contour) without zoom, at about a meter and by putting the camera at the level of the patella. The square must be put on the thigh definitely faced with objective. For a correct realization, we need subject from the top of thigh, to the ankle.

ATTENTION: When you catch photos you must contract muscles while keeping the leg tense but not locked towards the back (see schemata below).
